§ 36-8. Painting or writing on streets or sidewalks.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except as provided in article VI of this chapter, to paint, write, lay or paste any advertising matter or device upon the paved streets or sidewalks or other property belonging to the city or to procure the same to be done.
