§ 36-9. Removal of lights placed as danger signals.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to remove or extinguish any light which may be placed as a signal at night to warn persons of danger from ditches, trenches, building materials, scaffolds, excavations, impediments or obstacles of any description whatever in the city.
