§ 36-7. Poles, wires and lines; fees.

  • No power, light or telephone lines, wires or poles shall be erected, laid or removed in the city streets without a permit therefor issued by the municipal clerk and countersigned by the city manager and except under the supervision of the city engineer. Fees for such permit shall be as the city council may by ordinance provide.
