§ 3. Joint Board of Zoning Appeals reorganized.

Pursuant to S.C. Code 1976, § 6-29-780(A), the Joint Board of Zoning Appeals (the "Board") is reorganized and shall perform all functions prescribed by the Act in the City of Greenwood under the common zoning ordinance adopted by Greenwood County, the City of Greenwood, the Town of Ware Shoals, the Town of Ninety Six, and the Town of Troy.
