§ 6-115. Running at large prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, either the owner or one in possession thereof to allow horses, mules, cows, cattle, hogs, goats or other stock and chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys or other fowl to run at large within the city upon either public or private property.
