§ 42-111. Fees.

All applicants for taxicab or limousine drivers' permits shall pay to the municipal clerk the sum of $10.00 at the time their applications are filed, and a similar fee shall be paid at the beginning of each calendar year with the application for the renewal of such permit. When such drivers desire to transfer from one owner to another, a fee of $5.00 shall be paid to the municipal clerk for such transfer or new permit; provided that a ten-day waiting period shall elapse before the issuance of a transfer permit entitling the driver to operate a cab or limousine for another owner. No refunds shall be allowed.
