§ 42-50. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-13 and any permit or certificate which has been granted to such person may be revoked at the discretion of the city council.
