§ 14-20. Authority to close business establishments.

The city manager or mayor is authorized and empowered to order the closing of any business establishment anywhere within the city for the period of the emergency, such businesses to include, but not be limited to, those selling intoxicating liquors, gasoline, or firearms, or such other businesses as may jeopardize the preservation of public law and order.
